MAKING MUSIC
online creative workshops
Making Music is a fun series of interactive online youth workshops that engage with music through discussion, listening, songwriting, jamming and sharing. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got a background in learning an instrument or not, Making Music engages with the creativity that all young people have within them.
Mentors Kelly Sturgiss and Michael Simic have years of combined experience teaching, writing and performing music. The workshops will happen via Zoom and will combine one on one sessions and group sessions to engage young people with the many different facets of making their own music.
Cost $25 per participant for the programme. It will run over a few weeks.
This project is supported by Create NSW’s Country Arts Support Program, a devolved funding program administered by Regional Arts NSW and Braidwood Youth Performing Arts Association on behalf of the NSW Government.
